♦ ORDER PROCESSING TIMES & DELAYS
Prosthesisman’s shipping cut off time is 14Pm (PST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after cut off will ship after 7-14 business day. Please consult customer service about specific time.
Please note that we do not process shipments on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays where we are closed. During online sales, or in the event that social media awareness creates a unique popularity on certain products, processing and shipping times may be delayed on orders containing those trending items.
♦ HAZMAT RESTRICTIONS
This product contains ingredients that are flammable. Due to its contents, It will be ONLY shipped by EMS. It is an additional $60.00 HAZMAT Fee outside China.

♦ SHIPPING REFUNDS, CREDITS, AND GUARANTEES
Any shipping guarantees, delivery commitments, or estimates are offered by the shipping courier selected during checkout, and not by Prosthesisman. In the event a shipping courier offers a money back guarantee for a specific shipment a shipping refund will only be provided in the event that the shipping courier (FedEx) accepts our request for a credit for that shipment. Requests are not accepted in certain situations, such as, but not limited to, holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, etc. For full information please see the link below:

In the event an expedited order (FedEx Express services only) arrives late as a result of Prosthesisman shipping the order late, when the order was placed before the daily shipping cutoff time, the order will be eligible for a shipping refund.
♦ FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping is not available for orders containing products classified as dangerous, hazardous, and/or flammable goods, as well as products marked “not qualifying”.
Please also keep in mind that the free shipping service will be shipped through EMS. Although orders may be shipped the same day placed, or the next business day, the “Free Shipping” service is the slowest EMS shipping option available, and may take up to three weeks for the package to arrive depending on destination.

Free Shipping applies to orders placed on Prosthesisman.com only. Orders placed by email/phone do not qualify for Free Shipping.
♦ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE:
Please check with your local customs office to determine what additional costs may apply prior to purchase. Prosthesisman will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/fees. If payment of such fees are refused and charged to our account will contact you for payment, if payment is refused we reserve the right to refuse service until all debts are settled. If an order is returned due to unexpected duties/taxes/fees/religion, please be aware that we will deduct return shipping charges from your product refund. This may delay any such refund as we must wait until we are invoiced for return shipping.

Claims for missing orders must be made within two days of the tracking information showing that the package was delivered.
