♦ ONLINE & IN-STORE PURCHASES
Returns/Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the purchase.No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any items if products and/or packaging are used, swatched, damaged, and/or tampered with in any way. Final sale items are also ineligible for return or exchange. A list of Final Sale items can be found below.Refunds are only applied to your original method of payment. No exceptions.

We require images of damaged or incorrect products within 7 days, and in many cases require the items shipped back to us. Please contact us regarding any issues before disposing of any damaged or incorrect products.
The customer will be responsible for the “round-trip” freight charges if they would like the returned item(s) shipped back to them.Shipping costs are only refunded if an error was made on the behalf of Prosthesisman.

All return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase being received. Only purchases made through www.prosthesisman.com. We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers/websites. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the purchase to be eligible for a claim.
International buyers please note: We are unable to generate international return labels, or call tags, as international airway bills must be created by the shipper, or shipper’s agent within that country. If you would like to return an international order you will be responsible for all shipping expenses. Should there be an issue with your order, and you would not like to cover shipping expenses, we reserve the right to offer a refund for damaged items at our discretion.
